− participated in the design of linear structures – the Yamal-West main gas pipeline system, the construction of the Yamal railway to the Bovanenkovskoye field, the Moscow-St. Petersburg high-speed railway, etc.;

− projects have been developed and implemented, with financing from the World Bank, for the reconstruction of the historical center of St. Petersburg - the reconstruction of the 130 block, and the reconstruction of the Courtyards of the Chapel of St. Petersburg;

− led the development of the project for the layout of the Marine Facade of St. Petersburg, alluvial areas on Vasilyevsky Island of St. Petersburg, which is currently being implemented;

− the introduction of a new construction system based on a combination of traditional w/w floor panels and lightweight steel load-bearing structures made of c-shaped galvanized profile. The system is being successfully implemented in the Russian construction market.

− schools of various capacities in Irkutsk (more than 10 buildings) and Grozny; Baikal State University (classroom blocks and canteen reconstruction); regeneration of Block 130 in the east center of Irkutsk, Denis Matsuev House of Music, planetarium and museum "Noosphere"; Tomsk State University (development concept, EP), professorial quarter in Tomsk (first prize in the 2014 open competition), a water sports complex with stands for 1,500 spectators in Irkutsk, the Irkutsk Quarters project in the historical center;

− founder of the architectural festival "Architecture of Eastern Siberia";

Alexander Kolesnikov

Moscow.
His scientific and practical interests are related to the study and practical application of patterns and interrelations of architectural and urban planning systems at different levels. He is engaged in the training of highly qualified professional staff of MGSU, RUDN University and MARCHI. He actively participates in the fundamental research program of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Building Sciences. Over the past few years, he has led the development of scientific research in the field of urban planning in the regions of Eastern Siberia and the Far East. In 2020, four years of work related to the transformation of the urban planning systems of the Baikal macroregion was successfully completed.

− 2014 Polyana Sports Park
is the creator of Polyana Sports Park (4.6 hectares, 570 million rubles, up to 15,000 people per day. It was created by the association of entrepreneurs and 100 investors of Irkutsk. The first recreational development project.

− 2016 Solnechnaya Doroga Embankment The
creator of the Solnechnaya Doroga embankment (near the Angara icebreaker). 3 hectares, 135 million rubles, 1800 square meters of premises, 17 entrepreneurs.
Previously, it was a clay embankment, but now it is one of the most popular recreation areas for citizens all year round.

− 2019 Business Workshop "Open Lands"
Organizer of the business workshop "Open Lands" (25 entrepreneurs have been trained to create tourism projects, 5 park projects have been developed).

− In 2019, the Baikal Sphere Group of Companies was established.

− All projects have been consolidated into the Baikal Sphere project group.
A development and scaling strategy has been formed until 2030.

− Baikal-Alaska Park Hotel Opened in 2024
The first themed hotel on the bank of the Angara River has been opened. 73 cozy rooms located close to the center, away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel is located in the Polyana Park.

He is the author of the Krasnodar design code, the first approved ERP in Russia and methodological recommendations for ITS implementation. A professional approach is the economic development of territories through urban planning policy and changing the appearance of buildings.

Anastasia holds a PhD in Engineering from the Technical University of Dresden (Germany) specializing in the preservation of historical and cultural heritage and urban development of the city, which includes periods of study and research abroad at urban workshops in Cergy-Pontoise (France) and Ecole de Chaillot - Architectural School for the Preservation of historical monuments (France). Anastasia's research interests and design activities are focused on the search for principles and concepts for the preservation and development of the historical architectural and urban environment, taking into account successful foreign experience, including the era of Soviet modernism. One of the main aspects is the importance of urban space and urban structures in the development of the city and the identification of the city and its history with its inhabitants.
